Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Singapore. We typically dispatch your order within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Where possible, we try to ship the same day.

During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day, but we strive to avoid that. Overnight shipments receive priority processing. The delivery status will be updated via email when your order ships.

 

SHIPPING - SINGAPORE

Shipping Duration:

  • 1-2 business days for standard local delivery

Orders placed before 4 pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next day. If you need any special arrangements, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Note: Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the shipping address provided. If no one is available, and the parcel is returned to us, the buyer will bear the cost of another round of shipping. We recommend providing a home address instead of an office address. Our delivery partner may call you upon arrival.

Shipping Duration:

  • International express courier to Malaysia and Brunei: 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery to East Malaysia: 7-9 business days.
