Pertama sekali,i love the quality and the colour,nanti nak tambah kaler lagi..im gonna use this scrunchies when im goin to sleep,because i dont like my hair gettin on my face,so i always put my hair up in a bun with a regular band,but im stressin out the next morning because my hair will stuck to my hair band and it will leave a deep crease to my hair and pulling my hair out, i hope after gettting this silk scrunchie..my worries will gone,yeay for that! One thing i want to stress out to SilkFairy Teams,is the packaging,if i may giving out suggestion,i prefer u guys make a eco box with ur own design so customer can feel the quality of buying your premium products and at the same time saving the world, say NO to plastics

MalaysiaGood product but underwhelming presentation/packaging.
I've been using the silk scrunchy frequently and I love how soft and smooth it is. It's very pleasant to use as it's lightweight. One constructive feedback though is that the packaging of the product requires alot of improvement. I was slight disappointed when I opened the package and it only had bubble wrap overlapping a flimsy drawstring bag (of which one the tying ribbons came lose after I opened it) for the scrunchy. That was rather underwhelming. For a premium product that is on the higher spectrum of pricing, I expected more effort to be placed into the packaging so that the buyer can feel that the product really is a premium item instead. Thank you.
