MalaysiaUpon receiving the item, I noticed that the material was not as soft as I expected compared to the other brands that I’ve purchased and the rubber band inside got loose easily. But it doesn’t tug on my hair at least.

MalaysiaThe silk material is good. But the rubber band used inside the scrunchie is not tight enough hence I have to tie the scrunchie a few rounds around my hair and this makes the scunchie expands further. It would have been better if they have used a tighter rubber band.

MalaysiaI've used the scrunchie for 2 weeks now and I love the color and texture of the silk on my hair. It has left less noticeable dent in my hair from tying it up. However it would be great if it was a bit tighter. Considering to open up and tighten the elastic so it would fit better. Overall great product.
